These plates are 8x8cm so can be used on any cookie smaller than that. You can choose to just use it in the corner for the 2nd design or a full sheet on your cookie. The corner plate is great if you want to add text or you just want to add a little bit of detail to your cookie.

All you do is roll out your fondant to the thickness you require (we suggest a minimum of 3mm) lightly dust with cornflour or icing sugar to prevent the fondant sticking to the plate and then press evenly and constantly all around the plate to create a beautiful 3d pattern.
